Segment customers for Email/SMS Surveys

Gain Insight from Your Customers at Every Step of their Journey with Segmented Email/SMS Surveys

1. Go to Qwary - Projects

Select your survey

2. Click on Edit

3. Click on Distribute

4. Click on Send By Email

Go to Email Campaign

5. Enter Contact List Name, Select & Hit Enter

6. Click on NEXT

7. Select Subscriber/Unsubscribe Event

Include people who

are currently in the segment - Send Email Survey to Customers who are already in the List.

will enter the contact list in the future - Send Email survey to Customers who will subscribe to Contact List in the Future.

will leave the contact list - Send Email Survey to Customers who unsubscribe to the Contact List in the Future.

8. Click on SCHEDULE

Finish setting up your Email Campaign.

9. Click on Contacts

10. Move Contact to Your List by Drag & Drop

By doing this, you are subscribing contacts to the list.

12. Go back to Your Project

13. Click on Distribute

14. Click on Send By Email

15. Click on Participants

16. Your new subscribed contact is added to Email Campaign.
