Zapier

Zapier is a web-based automation tool that allows users to connect apps and automate tasks without coding. It enables users to create custom workflows called "Zaps" that trigger actions in one app based on events in another, thus helping streamline business processes and save time.

Here are a few examples of how you can use Qwary and Zapier together to improve customer experience:

  1. Automatically send customer feedback to a CRM: With this integration, you can set up a Zap that automatically sends feedback from Qwary to your CRM, so your team can keep track of customer sentiment and respond accordingly.

  2. Create customer support tickets: You can set up a Zap that automatically creates a customer support ticket in your helpdesk software whenever a customer submits feedback through Qwary.

  3. Send notifications to a customer support team: If you want to be notified whenever a customer submits feedback through Qwary, you can set up a Zap that sends a notification to a customer support team's slack channel.

  4. Send survey results to a data visualization tool: you can use Qwary to conduct surveys and use zapier to send the results to a data visualization tool like Tableau or PowerBI.

  5. Add feedback to a project management tool: You can use Qwary to collect customer feedback, and Zapier automatically adds it to a project management tool like Asana, Trello, or Jira so your team can track customer feedback and work on improvements.

Remember that these are just a few examples of using Qwary and Zapier together. You can use them in many ways per your business requirement.

Here is a brief guide on how to integrate Qwary with Zapier:

  1. First, you must create an account with Zapier and sign in.

  2. Next, go to the "Make a Zap" button on the top of the page, and select Qwary as the trigger app.

  3. Now, set up the trigger for your Zap by selecting the specific event in Qwary that you want to trigger the Zap.

  4. After setting up the trigger, select the action app for your Zap. This could be any app you want to integrate with Qwary, such as a CRM or project management tool.

  5. Set up the action for your Zap by selecting the specific task or event you want to happen in the action app when the trigger is activated.

  6. Test the Zap to make sure that it is working correctly.

  7. Once you are satisfied that the Zap is working correctly, you can turn it on and start using it to automate tasks and streamline your workflow.

Note: You may need to authenticate your Qwary, and other apps account to connect with zapier.

Qwary has new Survey Response Trigger. We also have zap action for creating contacts and triggering EMAIL/SMS Campaign.

You need sample responses for zap mapping.

Action is performed after Zap is triggered.

Action can be creating/updating contact in CRM tools, create/update service ticket in your help desk systems or just notify your team over slack/email.

We are going to update contact profile with their reviews in Intercom.
