Survey From Scratch

With Blank Survey, you have full control over the survey template design by starting from scratch or importing your own design and use your own questions with unlimited answer choices.

1. Go to Qwary - Projects & Click on Create Project

2. Click on START FROM SCRATCH

Strat from scratch will create blank survey. You can start by adding new questions, welcome and thank you pages.

3. Type in Survey Name

4. Select Survey Type

5. Click on Create

6. Go to Qwary - Builder

7. Click on ADD NEW CONTENT

8. Choose Content Type

You can add new questions, welcome and multiple thank you pages!
